Central Valley Liquor License and Consulting was established by Maritess (Tess) Prado, a seasoned professional who retired as a Licensing Supervisor after an impressive 31-year career with the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
Our primary focus is the preparation of applications for both new and existing California Liquor Licenses. We cater to a diverse range of establishments, including hotels, retail stores, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, nightclubs, golf courses, music venues, food trucks (non-mobile), bed and breakfast inns, and concession stands.
